How much does the app cost?

With Xerox’s QuickBooks Online app, you pay for the number of receipts you think you will scan on any number of devices. The three (3) bundle options are:

  1. 1,000 Receipts – Unlimited Devices – $149.00 USD
  2. 5,000 Receipts – Unlimited Devices – $599.99 USD
  3. 10,000 Receipts – Unlimited Devices – $999.00 USD

A single receipt is charged as 1. If you were to place 5 different receipts on the device’s platen, you’ll be charged for 5.

But, if you were to insert a receipt that spans multiple pages into the device’s feeder, you will only be charged for 1. The number of pages doesn’t necessarily dictate how many receipts you are charged for.
